Key Responsibilities:
•Customer Engagement: Greet customers at the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide information about Honda vehicles.
•Sales & Consultation: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from test drives to finalizing the deal.
•Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Honda models, features, pricing, and financing options.
•Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries, maintain customer records, and generate leads through referrals.
•Documentation & Financing: Assist customers with paperwork, loan approvals, and registration processes.
Requirements:
•Experience: 1-3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred) or any sales-related field.
•Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
Skills:
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
•Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
•Basic knowledge of finance and loan processes.
•Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
