Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for building strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery. They act as a key communication link between the customer and the workshop team to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service appointments, feedback, and follow-ups.
•Schedule service bookings and coordinate appointment slots.
•Update customers on job status, delays, and estimated delivery time.
•Collect and log customer feedback post service or repair.
•Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
•Maintain and update customer databases with service history and contact details.
•Assist with CRM campaigns, service reminders, and promotional outreach.
•Prepare and share daily reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
•Ensure a comfortable and professional reception area for customers.

Requirements:

•Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or service industry.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus.
•Good organizational and multitasking ability.
•Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
•Customer-first mindset with a polite and professional demeanor.
•Fluent in local language and English (as applicable).
•Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
•Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
